about the Referral Program
Who is the referral program for?
The referral program is for all Cyberimpact clients. Certain conditions apply.
What are the criteria to get the credit?
If you have a free account, the credit will be saved in your account and applied when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.*
If you have a paid plan (Basic, Plus or Pro), the $30 credit will be added to your balance and will automatically be applied to your next applicable invoice(s).
*Please note that in order to receive the $30 credit, your referral must also choose a paid plan (Basic, Plus or Pro) and have paid their first bill.
Where can I find my referral link to share?
On the Cyberimpact dashboard, click on the Refer a friend button, or visit this link.
Is there any way to track the number of people referred?
In your Cyberimpact dashboard, visit the Referral Program page, and you will be able to see several statistics including: total number of referrals, number of paid referrals, total credits accumulated, and remaining credit balance.
My referral forgot to use the link I shared with them. Is there any way to get my credit anyway?
In order for you and your referral to get the referral credit, the referrer must absolutely have created an account from the unique link you shared, or from the referral program’s cookie which has a 7-day duration.
Unfortunately, we cannot associate a referral to a Cyberimpact client without respecting the two conditions above.
