OUR HISTORY

1997

Cybergeneration was founded; one of the first web agencies in Quebec to have celebrity clients, including Georges St-Pierre, Serena Williams and Terry Hunter, Louis-José Houde, Patrick Groulx.

2003

Creation of an email marketing engine for 300,000 users

2005

Creation of MyFRM, an automated response platform for both email and regular mail; managing fan mail for celebrities, clients of the Mercury Communications Group, New York City.

2006

Launch of Cyberimpact, a newsletter emailing platform for small businesses.

2009

Comedian Louis-Josée Houde publicly thanks Cyberimpact live on the Olivier’s TV Gala, for helping him obtain the public’s choice award. Cyberimpact was our tool of choice during this project!

2012

Update to make the platform CASL compliant (Canada’s new Anti-Spam Legislation-Bill C-28)

2013

Auto-reply functions are added to the platform to enable marketing automation.

2014

Canada’s Anti-Spam Bill generates a 63% increase in the number of businesses using Cyberimpact for their marketing.

2015

Launch of consent management features, including an automated consent expiration report.

2016

Cyberimpact takes a strategic turn by changing their focus to helping small businesses with their email marketing needs
