HOW AUTOMATED CONSENT MANAGEMENT WORKS

You import your contact list, and we take care of the rest!

Our system automatically files each contact in accordance with the law.

You will receive a monthly report notifying you of expired consents.

Cyberimpact’s user-friendly platform has been designed to effectively help you comply with the Canadian Anti-Spam Law.

But it doesn’t stop there. Listed below are some additional features you will certainly appreciate.

OPTIMIZED SUBSCRIPTION FORM

When someone subscribes using the online consent forms, the information provided is saved to a contact information sheet. That way, you’ll have irrefutable proof to present to the CRTC should you ever need it.

CONSENT HISTORY

Cyberimpact saves the consent history from each contact, which can also serve as proof, even if changes have been made since the contact was created.  You can always update the consent type and form of proof for each contact.

CONSENT EMAIL

You can send a consent email or add a consent section to your promotional emails. By clicking the hyperlink in the message, the user confirms their consent, and the information is saved to their contact details sheet.  The consent link will only be sent to clients who haven’t given their consent yet.

AUTOMATIC UNSUBSCRIBE LINK

The CASL requires that all emails contain a conspicuous unsubscribe link. With Cyberimpact, no action is required on your part; the system automatically adds the link to every email.  When clicked, the client’s name is automatically removed from your list.
