Job description
Are you interested? We are currently looking for a Director of Business Development and Customer Success who will work closely with marketing, sales and the customer success team.
Main tasks:
- Own and drive the execution of business development objectives.
- Identify, formulate, review and implement business development and customer experience processes (“playbooks”).
- Create, develop and lead a team of Business Development and Customer Experience specialists to drive success and results.
- Have a deep understanding of our funnels and work with marketing on the levers we can leverage to increase conversions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and other teams to improve the customer experience and goal achievement.
- Manage the day-to-day functions of the department and take ownership of the customer journey.
- Identify, track and evaluate metrics for the department and prepare detailed reports on results.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (management, marketing, finance, other) or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and preferably in a similar environment (SaaS, 3-10 employees, willing to scale quickly).
- Prior experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to accept and use constructive criticism.
- Bilingualism required (French and English) both orally and in writing.
